characteristics  of  high  temperature  resistance,  good  insulation.The  pipe  heater  can  be  wound  with
the  pipe  on  its  surface  with  the  advantage  of  even  heating,easy  installation  and  reliability.

1)  Wind  and  coil  the  tube  or  pipe  of  35mm  or  above  in  diameter  without  overlapping.
2)  Heating  area  should  cover  the  tube  closely  while  the  part  coming  out  the  lead  wire  should  not  
be  wound.  
3)  Fixing  the  heater  onto  tube  or  pipe,backing  PSA  is  available.
4)  Silicone  sponge  or  other  heat  preserving  materail  is  available.

Product specification

the heater adopts the Nichrome wire or stainless steel as heating wire,  surrounding with the fiberglass cover. the wire is of a small diameter, and is placed into two slices of fiberglass weavings.

In order to install easily, the heater is equipped with springs to connect its two ends. Besides, the springs can help the heater to cling on the drum surface.

A temperature sensor was installed on the surface, so that the temperature can be directly controlled by user. It adjusts the temperature from 30 to 50 degree. Therefore, the heater can be used throughout the year,any season.
